Course Description
This course provides participants with a comprehensive resource of evidence and expert opinion to safely and effectively guide the rehabilitation of patients following orthopedic surgeries. While conservative management is often effective in the management of pain and disability, surgical intervention may be required for individuals to return to their prior level of function. Post-operative rehabilitation requires a thorough understanding of the procedure to appropriately load tissues and promote functional improvement. This course is particularly unique in that each section is co-authored by expert physical therapists and orthopedic surgeons. The interdisciplinary clinical reasoning needed to help our patients is within these pages!
