Executive Director: Terri DeFlorian
Description of duties: Management and development of staff including developing and clarifying all roles, duties, and responsibilities; operations compliance, contracts, ensuring building maintenance, managing tenants, and directing development of objectives, policies, budgets and operating plans for AOPT; financial management; ensuring the AOPT mission is carried out through adherence to bylaws, policies, strategic outputs, and actions of the Board; and supporting AOPT leadership in their professional association relationships.

Assistant Executive Director: Tara Fredrickson
Description of duties: I oversee the Academy's website, responsible for managing the AOPT's offsite educational offerings and Board Meetings, manage the Academy's Special Interest Groups and Committees, and work with the Executive Director on Board-related tasks and initiatives.

Description of duties: I am responsible for all stages of production, advertising sales, marketing plans, and author-related interaction for Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Practice and Independent Study Courses.

Account Executive/Executive Assistant: Nichole Walleen
Description of duties: I am the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director and the Assistant Executive Director, working closely with both to assist with Board-related tasks and events. In addition to this role, I oversee Management Services and serve as the Executive Director for the Academy of Clinical Electrophysiology & Wound Management and the Maine Chapter.

Hobbies: I spend my off time with my partner, our 5 children, attending numerous sporting events, and volunteering.
Bookkeeper: Joyce Brueggemann
Description of duties: I report financial information to the Board of Directors, create the annual budget, record Independent Study Course sales, and manage accounts payables and receivables. I also help my co-workers with any reporting spreadsheets, as requested.
