What to expect after payment:
Once your Call for Speakers submission fee payment is successfully received, you will be emailed a receipt containing your unique link to access the virtual conference submission platform (Whova). This link will allow you to complete and submit your session or abstract proposal.
Important reminders:
- The email address you use for payment must match the email you will use to access Whova.
- Submission links are sent only after payment is verified.
- Proposals submitted without completing the payment process will not be reviewed.
