The Spear Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency is a comprehensive 12-month, full-time program designed to enhance clinical reasoning and advance the skills of physical therapists in orthopedic care. The program offers a blended curriculum including self-study modules, journal clubs, case reviews, quarterly weekend intensives, and 1,500 patient-care clinic hours with 150 hours of one-on-one mentoring, aiming to prepare residents for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification.

Jeremy Crow is a highly experienced physical therapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from New York University. He currently serves as the Director of Clinical Services and Residency Programs at SPEAR in New York, where he has been instrumental in developing and leading the company's orthopedic and sports residency programs. Crow's expertise spans injury prevention, sports injuries, orthopedic surgery, and manual therapy, and he holds certifications as a Sports Clinical Specialist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Kevin Lapham is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Delaware in 2015 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rutgers University in 2018. He has experience treating athletes ranging from weekend warriors to professionals, and has been a CrossFit Coach since 2016. Currently, Kevin works as a physical therapist and serves as faculty for the Spear Orthopedic Residency program.
