"We are the only orthopedic residency program in Southern California fully integrated within a private practice setting. Our diverse faculty brings a wealth of expertise, with certifications in areas such as SCS, Spinal Manipulative Therapy, Functional Manual Therapy, and Movement Links. This unique combination provides residents with exposure to a variety of patient care management models, enriching their learning experience."
- Why do you think advanced orthopedic training through residency and fellowship is important?
"Advanced orthopedic training (R/F) is important because it rapidly enhances the efficiency of early-career physical therapists through psychomotor training in advanced orthopedic techniques, as well as strengthening their clinical reasoning and decision-making abilities to manage a wide range of patient cases, from simple to highly complex. Residency training not only improves patient care and outcomes but also accelerates career growth and professional advancement for residents."

The company culture is one that is compassion-first and promotes patient-centered care through evidence-based practice and the continuation of a pursuit of excellence and growth."
- Why did you pursue advanced orthopedic training through residency/fellowship?
"By pursuing advanced training, I feel that I will be better equipped to provide patients with excellent care with current treatment approaches that are geared toward restoring function and quality of life.
