APTA Orthopedics is seeking volunteers to serve on a new Task Force charged with developing a membership survey to gather feedback on member needs and expectations.
Why this matters:
We want to ensure that APTA Orthopedics continues to provide relevant, valuable, and meaningful resources, benefits, and opportunities to our members. Your input will help shape how we listen to and respond to the voices of our community.
Task Force Charge:
- Draft thoughtful, inclusive survey questions that would aid in discovering the value of being a member of APTA Orthopedics
- Provide recommendations based on survey results to inform membership priorities
We aim to include 4–6 members with a mix of backgrounds and experience. We especially encourage:
- Members with experience in survey question writing
- Early career professionals or students interested in organizational strategy and member engagement
Timeline:
The Task Force will begin its work in September and target survey launch November/December.
Work will occur virtually, with flexible scheduling for meetings and deadlines.
