"I could not recommend in investing in yourself more. The true point of the R/F route is to develop sound and advanced clinical reasoning backed by a thorough understanding of the orthopedic world. • What separates this program from others like it?
"The mentorship has been incredible. I have learned so many aspects of patient management, experienced a wide range of orthopedic conditions, and have participated in unique program development that will lead to future research and educational opportunities in our field. The experience in a one-on-one clinical culture is such a relief in an industry that can be burdened by "factory mills" and Forefront is far from that. It is also a community minded culture that has both Nonprofit and For-profit settings. On top of that, we also get opportunities, if desired as a clinician, to work with NCAA D1 athletes which I love!"

  • Why do you think advanced orthopedic training through residency and fellowship is important?
"It has been foundational for my growth as both a clinician and individual. I am so much more confident and secure in my approaches that has allowed me to feel more fulfilled in my profession!!! The mentorship is so challenging however well worth the investment."
