Mission:

The mission of the SPINE Community is to promote spine physical therapy practice through education, research, advocacy, and clinical practice.

Goals:

1. Develop, instruct and provide educational and mentorship opportunities on the diagnosis and management of spinal disorders
2. Develop practice competencies and foster curriculum development for spine physical therapy fellowship programs
3. Promote, collaborate and disseminate clinically relevant spine physical therapy research
4. Provide opportunities for professional development and growth as a leader in spine physical therapy practice
5. Provide a forum that enhances interdisciplinary communication between spine physical therapists and other health care professionals.
